Teachers

Who is this course for?

Aimed at dental hygienists. This course is highly focused on refining skills relevant to dental hygienists. Specific clinical procedures will be taught for resolving cases that are difficult to access and technically complex.

Objetives

  • To refine skills and competencies within the dental hygienist’s scope of practice.
  • To understand the role of the dental hygienist in the treatment of periodontitis and peri-implant diseases, including new treatment approaches and their clinical application.
  • To develop proficiency with specialized instruments for the proper management of complex areas such as furcations.
  • To review the active ingredients in oral hygiene products in order to provide more targeted recommendations to patients.
  • To improve clinical technique through proper ergonomics and help prevent future injuries and musculoskeletal pain.
  • To enhance clinical skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment alongside other professionals.
  • The course complies with current regulations governing the functions of the dental hygienist. SEPA assumes no responsibility for therapeutic applications.
 

Admission requirements

This course is intended for dental hygienists. To register, participants must submit a copy of their diploma in Oral Hygiene or proof of professional licensure.

NON-MEMBER: 300€
SEPA MEMBERS: 139€
BSDHT MEMBERS: 139€


20 slots available, assigned in order of registration and payment.
20 slots are offered at each location.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Course cancellations are subject to a €30 administrative fee. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days in advance are non-refundable. The course is subject to a minimum number of registrations. If the course is canceled after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.
