We inform you that your personal data (name, surname, ID card number, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, professional status and bank details) will be included in a file belonging to the Spanish Society of Periodontology in order to process your application for membership. We inform you that by becoming a Member of SEPA you automatically become a Member of the European Federation of Periodontology (www.efp.org), so that your data, except for your ID and bank details, will be communicated to this organisation in order to properly manage your status as a Member of the same.

In view of the possibility that in the future the Collaborating Entities of SEPA (understood as such, the Affiliated Societies, other Scientific Societies and collaborating companies), may request the Spanish Society of Periodontology the transfer of your data for the organization of Congresses and Conferences on topics related to Periodontology, we request your express authorization in order to be able to send you information about these events.
