Francisco Salvador García-Valenzuela, Flor María Arias-Acosta and Leandro Chambrone publish in ‘Perio Clinical’ a clinical case report describing the application of multidisciplinary treatment approaches —bone regeneration, soft tissue grafting, orthodontic dental intrusion and prosthetic restoration— in the reconstruction of interdental tissues. The four-year results show satisfactory aesthetics, as well as stable periodontal health, and may be considered a viable approach for the treatment of severe interproximal defects associated with gingival recession.
