A practical course to learn how to control the clinic “from within”

Under the suggestive title “Managing a dental clinic without a manager”, SEPA has scheduled an in-person course limited to just 12 places, to be held in two modules: on 23 and 24 October in Madrid, and on 27 and 28 November in Barcelona. The programme is aimed at dentists and clinic managers who want to learn how to control the financial and organisational management of their practice in a practical, efficient way, without losing time on administrative tasks. With a highly applied approach based on real day-to-day problems, the course will include round tables, case resolution and specific tools to improve financial control and decision-making in the dental clinic. The teaching faculty will include Carla Mozas, Borja Dehesa and Beatriz de Tapia Pastor.
